The challenge
The heavily loaded plant building required careful sequencing of structural works and heavy lifts. Access windows were limited, and work had to be coordinated safely around the client’s operations and staff.

Overview
The scope includes a water tank, administration building, 16-ton boiler foundation, ETP plant, and hydrogen and calcium chloride plants. Planning and design were completed before mobilisation, with quality inspected against Indian Standards throughout.
Our approach
Our own machinery and centring equipment helped keep the work moving. A dedicated safety officer oversaw the site, while structural elements were phased around the operating schedule through pouring, curing and handover.
