The site remained in production during construction. Limited access windows and heavy lifts had to be planned around plant operations while keeping the client’s staff safe alongside our team.

Overview
Works across Units 1 and 2 include a 42 m BCL plant, a 22 m ACIAL plant, two boilers, a 35 m cooling tower, an MCC building and a tank farm. Planning and design were completed before mobilisation, with quality inspected against Indian Standards throughout.
Our approach
Our own machinery and centring equipment supported the programme. A dedicated safety officer worked on site, and the structures were phased so each element could be poured, cured and handed back within the operating schedule.
