Construction took place while the site remained in production. Restricted access and heavy lifts had to be coordinated with plant operations, with the safety of the client’s staff and our workforce central to the sequence of work.

Overview
Our work for Gulshan Polyols spans the starch plant, boiler, cooling tower, autoclave building, water tank, ETP tank, clarifier and silo. This is our longest continuous client relationship. Planning and design preceded mobilisation, with quality inspected against Indian Standards throughout.
Our approach
We used our own machinery and centring equipment, assigned a dedicated safety officer and phased the structures around the client’s operating schedule, from each pour through curing and handover.
