Overview

At the Dahej PCPIR site, the scope covers a warehouse, plant buildings, coal yard, cooling tower and road construction. Planning and design preceded mobilisation, with quality inspected against Indian Standards throughout.

The challenge

The site remained operational during the works. Limited access windows and heavy lifts had to be coordinated around plant activity without compromising the safety of the client’s staff or our team.

Our approach

We mobilised our own machinery and centring equipment and placed a dedicated safety officer on site. Structural work was phased to fit the operating schedule, allowing each section to be poured, cured and handed back in sequence.
